TERMS
The rules for using PrepDrop.
Effective July 28, 2026
These terms are written to be understandable, but they still require legal review before paid or broad public access.
Who may create an account
A parent or legal guardian must create and control the family account. Children use access created by that adult and may not create an email-based parent account for themselves. The account owner is responsible for accurate information, secure credentials, and activity under the family account.
What PrepDrop provides
PrepDrop is a study aid that helps students turn material into practice activities and lets a parent see study progress. It is not a school record system, tutoring service, grading authority, or promise of a particular academic result. Features may change as the product is tested and improved.
Your material
You keep ownership of content you upload. You give PrepDrop a limited permission to host, process, reproduce, and transform that material only as needed to provide and protect the service. You confirm that you have permission to use the material and that it does not include unnecessary sensitive personal information.
AI-assisted content
Generated questions and answers may be incomplete or wrong. A student must review proposed study items before confirming them. PrepDrop does not replace a teacher, textbook, school instruction, or professional advice. See the AI use policy for more detail.
Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to access another family's account or data.
- Do not upload malware, unlawful content, or content you do not have permission to use.
- Do not reverse engineer, overload, scrape, or disrupt the service.
- Do not use PrepDrop to profile, contact, advertise to, or exploit children.
Availability and changes
We work to keep PrepDrop available, but access may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance, security, or events outside our control. We may change or discontinue features and will provide reasonable notice when a change materially affects saved family data or paid access.
Ending access
A parent may stop using PrepDrop and request account deletion. PrepDrop may suspend access when necessary to protect a child, another family, the service, or to respond to unlawful or abusive use. Data handling after closure follows the privacy notice and published retention schedule.
Payment terms
No paid plan is active today. Before charging anyone, PrepDrop will publish the price, included usage, renewal terms, cancellation method, and refund rules, and will require the parent account owner to agree to them.
Disclaimers and responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, PrepDrop is provided without a guarantee that every feature, generated item, or result will be error-free. Any final warranty, limitation-of-liability, dispute, and governing-law language will be added only after legal review. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
