PrepDrop turns the school material already in a backpack into short, clear rounds of practice—and shows families what needs another try before the grade arrives.
Why PrepDrop exists
“Go study” sounds like an instruction, but it often leaves out the useful part: what should a student do with the notes, worksheet, or review packet in front of them? Rereading can feel productive without showing what has actually stuck. By the time a test grade comes home, both the student and parent have lost the chance to change how that round of studying went.
PrepDrop was created to close that gap. A student brings the material they already need to learn, checks the study items made from it, and chooses a way to practice. Missed concepts become a focused Run It Back round. The goal is not more screen time or more homework. It is a shorter path from “I looked at it” to “I know what I still need to practice.”
Made for the middle years
Students in grades 6–9 are old enough to want a space that feels like theirs and young enough to need real guardrails. PrepDrop gives them choice through themes, methods, and collectible avatars without turning learning into a public competition. No feeds. No public profiles. No messaging. No ads.
Built around a family
A parent creates and controls the family account. Each child gets a private Kid space without needing an email address. Parents can see useful study progress, manage access, and control saved family data. The product is designed to support a conversation—not to watch, rank, or pressure a child.

Why I built PrepDrop
I kept coming back to a problem families know well: a student has notes, a worksheet, or a study guide, but “study this” is not the same as knowing what to do next.
The material is there. The missing piece is a clear way to turn it into practice that feels manageable—and useful feedback before the test is over.
The problem was not a lack of material.
It was a lack of a usable next step.
So I started building the tool I wanted families to have. PrepDrop takes the information a student already needs to learn and turns it into short study rounds. The student checks the material, chooses how to practice, and returns to the concepts that did not stick. The parent can see where support may help while there is still time to act.
My goal is not to make students spend more time studying. It is to help them spend their study time on the right things—and feel the difference between looking at material and actually knowing it.
Built carefully, expanded deliberately
PrepDrop is designed first for students in grades 6–9 and the parents who manage their accounts. Children do not need email addresses, study data stays private, and there are no ads, public profiles, or social features.
